The monthly Benton-Franklin Health District Board of Health (BOH) Meetings are live-streamed to Zoom. You can find the meeting information on the BOH calendar and the BOH Minutes & Agendas on our website. Past meetings can be found on Benton-Franklin Health District - YouTube Channel.
There is not a specific requirement for how quickly a governing body should make recordings of public meetings available to the public. There is also no requirement to make recordings of public meetings. However, in reference to the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), recordings are now “encouraged,” and agencies are also encouraged to make meeting recordings available online. RCW 42.30.220.
After each BFHD BOH meeting BFHD staff will work on uploading the video within a 30-day window, working diligently to publish the video as soon as possible. These recordings will be available for a minimum of six months once uploaded.
