Take the Food Worker Class 
All "food workers" must obtain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card from the Benton-Franklin Health District, or any other local health jurisdiction in Washington.  The Benton-Franklin Health District offers the food worker class online. Follow the link below to access the training online.

 The online class offers training in eight languages, and is best suited for staff at limited menu establishments, or experienced food workers who are looking to refresh their training.
