Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)
Every three years, the Benton-Franklin Health District releases a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which outlines how the district and its partners will improve health in key areas that need additional attention and support.
These priority areas are determined by a Community Health Assessment (CHA).
This plan is a requirement for national accreditation.
